All requests for taxi MUST be called in to 863-293-2929 in order to ensure that pickup can be made at the time needed.  Rates are determined by miles and pickup location.  Please ask for your flat rate in order to complete your online reservation.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:
    Cancellations must be made within 1 hour prior to pickup time. Any cancellations made within 1 hour of pickup time, or upon arrival, will be charged a cancellation fee. (Cancellation fee can be anywhere from $10 to 100% of trip depending on pickup location)

    If you cancel prior to 1 hour before your pickup time we will refund 100% of your payment. (Some areas require a 2 hour cancellation notice.  Night service must be canceled prior to 7pm EST)

    Imperial Cab, LLC uses your personal data only for providing taxicab service such as phone numbers and addresses, and to process payment for taxicab fairs. Your payments will be processed through PayPal.  We do not collect or share personal data with any other third parties.
